Job summary

Assistant Accommodation Manager in Coventry is sought to support daily housekeeping operations and supervise the housekeeping team to uphold high standards across rooms and public areas.

You will collaborate with Maintenance and Front Office to ensure guest needs are met efficiently, respond to queries promptly, and lead with strong communication and composure under pressure to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Accommodation Manager in daily housekeeping operations
• Supervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard
• Conduct room and public area inspections, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards
• Work closely with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met efficiently
• Respond to guest queries in a timely and professional manner
