Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and uphold high cleanliness and safety standards across all hotel public areas. The role involves assisting in maintenance coordination and ensuring guest-ready environments in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in accommodation supervision, strong organisational and communication skills, and a willingness to assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to help in other departments if needed.

Responsibilities

• Check the quality of work to ensure it is the best - Lead and manage the housekeeping team.
• Follow health and safety rules inside and outside the hotel.
• Keep all public areas of the hotel, like the conference room and leisure facilities, clean.
• Work with the Maintenance department to keep hotel standards high.
