Job summary

Chartwells is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant (Zero Hours) to support our operations across venues. This permanent casual role is contracted to 0 hours per week, with opportunities to progress within the company and be rewarded for reliability.

Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality food, maintaining cleanliness, operating equipment safely, assisting with deliveries, upholding our brand image, and complying with HACCP and health & safety standards.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers


• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas


• Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment


• Assisting with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles


• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image


• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
