Job summary

Victoria College of Arts and Design seeks an Assignment Success Tutor to mentor students across Business Management and Digital Marketing. You will provide targeted academic guidance, review drafts, and support submission readiness to improve first-time pass rates.

Working on-site at London Bridge (Borough Campus), you will collaborate with academic staff, monitor student engagement, and deliver additional tutoring sessions to help students meet learning outcomes and degree requirements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate level understanding of HE assessment processes and academic requirements.
• Ability to support and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms may be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with an allocated group of students and provide structured subject specific academic support
• Actively engage with students who are at risk of non-submission
• Build collegiate and constructive relationships with VCAD’s teaching academics
• Support students in developing their academic confidence and applying their subject knowledge.
