Goldman Sachs Alternatives Private Credit is seeking a highly driven individual to join the business unit COO team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving global initiatives to streamline processes and support business development
• Facilitating the Credit Investment Committee process and deal allocation
• Coordinating communication between external clients and deal teams
• Producing and distributing marketing materials and key presentations
• Managing recurring reports for senior leadership and internal stakeholders
• Supporting talent recruitment and resource allocation aligned with business strategy

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
