Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in the savings and retirement sector? Do you excel at advising executive-level clients on their most pressing business challenges?

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable individual to join a dynamic team focused on providing strategic advisory services within the Wealth Management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with executive-level clients to develop strategic plans addressing growth, efficiency, and transformation.
• Advise on target operating model design and core system evolution.
• Leverage deep understanding of the Wealth Management landscape and key industry trends.
• Apply knowledge of core technologies (wealth platforms, policy systems) to business solutions.
• Contribute expertise in operational models and service improvement (including automation).
• Understand the interconnectedness of digital experience, operations, and technology.
• Craft compelling executive-level narratives to influence strategic decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of the Wealth Management industry (savings and retirement focus).
• Understanding of core technologies within the sector.
• Experience in operational models and service improvement.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Consultancy experience (advantageous) OR strong in-house industry experience with business transformation.
• Knowledge of the Life and Pensions sub-sector (significant plus).
