West Lancashire Borough Council is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead a team responsible for delivering all pre-contract activities, including data collection and analysis, planning, preparation, and the contract letting process for investment-related projects.

The successful candidate will be part of a small team supporting the Asset Strategy & Investment Manager in developing long-term asset management strategies, ensuring compliance with Decent Homes standards and Net Zero Carbon Targets.
