The Company

Our client is an entrepreneurial asset manager focused on dynamic asset management of town centre and retail assets. The team has a strong track record in repositioning community retail and town centres and is recruiting an Asset Manager as a growth hire. Reporting directly to senior team members, this role's coverage will initially be on one asset and will grow with the portfolio and this individual's progression, making it a great first-time AM opportunity. Key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing your allocated asset(s) to reach targets set within the agreed business plan(s).
2. Development management.
3. Liaison with stakeholders and occupiers.
4. Management of consultant teams.
5. Delivery of the agreed reporting in an accurate and timely fashion.

Core Skills and Experience

1. Experience in a retail property management or asset management role. Shopping centre or town centre management experience would be of particular interest.
2. Intermediate level Excel skills - must be able to work with cashflows and manipulate them as a baseline of competency.

Remuneration

The basic salary of the role will depend on previous experience and the level of the successful individual, but the salary is expected to be £50,000-£60,000 plus benefits and a guaranteed quarterly bonus.
