J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking a Recruiter to attract, source and recruit top talent for Front Office roles within Asset Management.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions across the Revenue Generating Business. You will engage in candidate development, market mapping and confidential project work, with emphasis on diversity and strong consultative leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for fast-paced corporate environments or search firms.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and complex assignments with strong client service.
• Excellent relationship management with clients and candidates.
• Comfort with direct sourcing and engaging currently employed candidates.
• Knowledge of executive compensation packages and negotiating complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, full life cycle recruitment for Front Office roles.
• Conduct intake calls with hiring managers on processes and policies.
• Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Influence decisions and manage expectations of hiring managers and candidates.
• Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation philosophy.
• Develop and implement diversity strategies and present diverse candidate slates.
• Provide meaningful market data to support client needs.
