Sweco UK&I is seeking a Project Manager to lead project teams delivering AMP8 water infrastructure, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance while meeting ambitious targets.

You will translate programme strategy into actionable outcomes, manage budgets and resources, and drive collaboration across engineers and commercial staff to achieve value-driven solutions in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Extensive water industry experience with health & safety, drinking water standards and CDM regulations.
• IOSH qualification and NEC Option C contract experience, within a commercial framework.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decision-making.
• APMP qualification or equivalent is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop high-performing teams of engineers and commercial staff.
• Ensure CDM compliance, audits and peer reviews to embed a zero-harm approach.
• Translate programme strategy into actionable outcomes and resource alignment.
• Manage projects from inception to handover, addressing issues and warranty items.
• Oversee cost/resource forecasts, mitigate risks and escalate key issues.
• Ensure safe, commercially viable solutions that deliver value.
• Maintain milestones and deliverables such as Project Rehearsal and Fit for Assembly.
