Job summary

A global pharmaceutical company in Macclesfield is seeking an Enterprise Process Lead for Asset Management & Compliance. This role involves leading the transformation of Asset Management approaches and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. Candidates should have extensive experience with asset lifecycle management processes and strong leadership abilities, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science. The position offers a blend of onsite and remote work within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

Extensive experience of Asset Lifecycle Management processes and specifically SAP Plant Maintenance processes.
Detailed understanding of Asset Management Master Data requirements.
Demonstrated ability to influence key Partner Groups across Multiple Locations and/or External Parties.
Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve Objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the SAP S/4HANA Programme activities for Asset Management Business Processes.
Ensure Future State Processes enable AstraZeneca to meet all applicable Regulatory Standards.
Establish and implement Key Performance Indicators to drive Asset efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide leadership to the Product Compliance Team ensuring SHE requirements are met.
