Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking an Enterprise Process Expert – Clinical Quality for a 24-month secondment/FTC in Macclesfield. You will lead development of Future State Clinical Quality processes, leveraging SAP S/4 HANA and best practices, while collaborating with global teams to ensure regulatory compliance and value delivery.

You will influence stakeholders across regions, work with the Production to Dispatch Door team, and align quality processes with global design and data needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in Quality (Development and/or Commercial) and Operations (Clinical Manufacture and Supply and/or Commercial Operations).
• GMP and GDP knowledge.
• Detailed knowledge and operational experience in SAP QM.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders including leadership teams and site/functional leads.
• Experience delivering IT and/or business change across functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Support S/4 HANA programme activities for Clinical Quality across the enterprise.
• Develop and sustain the S/4 standard process for Clinical Quality in end-to-end processes.
• Provide expert knowledge focusing on simplification of Clinical Quality responsibilities.
• Collaborate to create, govern and implement global standard Clinical Quality processes.
• Use SAP Best Practices to create the standard global design.
• Ensure processes meet GMP, GDP, GCP, SHE, GxP and GAAP standards and regulations.
• Establish KPIs and support templates/workshops to align global design with local needs.
• Coordinate with data teams to define data requirements for process analytics and reporting.
• Support standardisation and simplification across Quality Master Data, Release, and Control strategies.
• Build influential relationships with regional stakeholders to enable smooth transitions.
