A leading Facilities Management provider is seeking a Senior Recruitment Partner for a full-time position. This role involves managing asset management activities, ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures, and enhancing service offerings across multiple sites. Candidates should have experience with CAFM and knowledge of Hard FM compliance. This position supports the delivery of high-quality service to clients and offers a professional environment focused on compliance and asset management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CAFM across a major FM estate.
• Understanding of Hard FM compliance.
• Ability to work within a wider team structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of asset management activities as per contract requirements.
• Enhance Asset Management service offerings to add value.
• Ensure maintenance procedures align with manufacturer’s specifications.
• Own compliance calendar and evidence trail for all statutory activities.
• Lead internal assurance audits and produce compliance dashboards.
• Set PPM strategies aligned to SFG20/OEM guidance.
• Implement safe systems of work and permit frameworks.
• Verify competency/accreditation for technical personnel.
• Ensure engineering practices comply with legal obligations.
