Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Associate in the UK Student Accommodation asset management team to execute day-to-day management of investment assets and support senior colleagues.

You will build and maintain financial models, monitor performance, prepare budgets and reporting for capital partners, and contribute to investment strategies including NOI maximization and value-add initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in business/analytical subject such as finance, economics, or real estate.
• ACA/ CFA/ MBA/ MSc qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• IT literate with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Experience in related investment field is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Work with supporting teams to monitor performance of initiatives and deliver key metrics to achieve the business plan.
• Support execution of investment strategies including NOI maximization and value-add initiatives on student investments.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to project cash flows and forecast returns for asset management decision-making.
• Present annual budgets and business plans for senior management and capital partner approval.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting materials for capital partners and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor debt covenants and debt compliance.
• Prepare proposals and portfolio performance presentations for investment committees.
• Monitor market data and report on industry/competitor trends.
• Collaborate across the business to improve reporting systems and data capture.
