Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of asset management experience in student housing or residential sectors.
• Proven background in working with Property Managers or Operators.
• MRICS qualification ideally, but not essential.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic positioning of assets to drive rental income and long-term value.
• Manage annual budgets and performance reports covering cash flow and rent collection.
• Oversee day-to-day operations via Property Managers.
