Job summary

RED is seeking an Asset Life Cycle Manager in London to lead engineering teams across building services, drive project delivery, and manage budgets. The role involves client liaison, activity planning, and mentoring colleagues to achieve project goals.

Based in our London office, you will coordinate multi-discipline teams, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to business development while delivering value to clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent experience
• MCIBSE/MIEE or HND/HNC with relevant experience
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams in design and coordination of building services
• Conduct cost and profit diagnosis on projects and prepare proposals
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to establish requirements
• Prepare project reports for management and clients
• Develop and specify control systems for building services
• Survey and report on existing installations
• Ensure projects meet legal/industry standards and required margins
• Lead site delivery and coordination of construction activities
• Support business development and client relationship building
• Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing
