This role involves defining asset management plans, developing reliability improvement programs, and ensuring high asset performance. Candidates should have extensive asset management experience, ideally with an engineering background. This full-time position includes home-based work with travel to client sites. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Asset Management essential for overseeing critical assets.
• Engineering qualification preferred to support technical requirements.
• Experience in high-stakes engineering environments desirable.

Responsabilités

• Define and update asset management plans for buildings annually.
• Develop and implement systems reliability improvement programs.
• Monitor asset failures and produce monthly performance reports.
• Support high reliability culture and maintain asset integrity.
• Conduct root cause analyses to prevent repeat critical failures.
• Improve system reliability through collaboration with engineering teams.
