Responsibilities

• Define and update asset management plans for buildings annually.
• Develop and implement systems reliability improvement programs.
• Monitor asset failures and produce monthly performance reports.
• Support high reliability culture and maintain asset integrity.
• Conduct root cause analyses to prevent repeat critical failures.
• Improve system reliability through collaboration with engineering teams.
