Job summary

Branta Consulting Limited is seeking an Asset Manager to lead asset lifecycle verification, CAFM data management, and statutory compliance across a multi-site portfolio. You will act as the SME for Asset Verification, ensuring audit-ready records and optimal asset utilisation.

You will implement digital CAFM workflows, analyse asset trends, and support governance with clear data reporting. The role involves training Estates, Finance, and Procurement teams while coordinating external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in FM, Asset Management, or Engineering.
• Proven track record with managing physical assets in large-scale estates.
• Strong analytical skills for discrepancy analysis and reporting.
• PRINCE2, H&S knowledge (RAMS/COSHH) or QA/QI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset verification, audits, and inventory reconciliations across sites.
• Implement CAFM workflows to justify, approve, and log asset changes.
• Ensure compliance with H&S and financial governance requirements.
• Train and support Estates, Finance, and Procurement teams; coordinate partners.
