Job summary

Triple Point is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Asset & Leasing to lead remediation of legacy data, strengthen controls and support the Aspire migration. You will map end-to-end servicing, improve data quality and partnering with Finance, Investment, Technology and external providers to deliver sustainable improvements across asset finance and leasing portfolios.

Qualifications

• Strong operational experience in asset finance, equipment leasing, lending operations or a closely comparable financial-services environment.
• Direct experience of remediating complex portfolio or customer data, including reconciliation to source records and controlled data-correction processes.
• Good end-to-end understanding of asset finance or leasing arrangements and the operational impact of amendments, reschedules, settlements and asset-level changes.
• Track record of improving operational processes and controls in a regulated or control-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Remediation planning and delivery: own the remediation plan with clear scope and completion criteria.
• Data integrity and reconciliation: review customer, contract and asset-level data and reconcile to sources.
• In-life management and operational controls: map servicing from post-drawdown to contract closure.
• Systems and change delivery: translate issues into requirements for Aspire configuration and development changes.
• Governance performance: provide progress reporting and track remediation milestones.
• Stakeholder and team leadership: lead workstreams and secure timely decisions from senior stakeholders.
