Job summary

Triple Point is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Lending Operations, overseeing the day-to-day management of the lending portfolio and translating strategy into actionable delivery.

You will manage team performance, controls, risk and data quality, driving continuous improvement while partnering with the Head of Operations and senior stakeholders. A strong background in financial services and lending is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of lending and financial operations across transaction onboarding, loan servicing, cash movements and reconciliations.
• Proven people management experience within financial services and lending environments.
• Track record of managing multiple workstreams with prioritisation and resource reallocation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, line management and coaching to Lending Operations teams.
• Own operating rhythm, prioritise workload and ensure consistent cadence and performance against KPIs.
