Job summary

Greenacre Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Asset Investment Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver asset investment programmes across a residential portfolio. You will maintain asset intelligence, manage stock condition data and shape long-term investment priorities within a governance framework.

The role combines asset management, data analysis, investment planning and programme monitoring to ensure evidence-based decisions that deliver value and support long-term sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, planned investment, stock condition surveying or asset data management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret property and performance data.
• Experience managing stock condition information and investment planning processes.
• Understanding component lifecycle planning, EPC management and sustainability programmes.
• Experience with housing, asset management or property systems.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to produce clear management information, forecasts and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock condition data and asset performance information.
• Oversee stock condition survey programmes and data quality.
• Support development of planned investment and replacement programmes.
• Monitor EPC information and support energy efficiency initiatives.
• Produce asset performance reports and KPI data for decisions.
• Collaborate with operational teams, consultants and contractors.
• Support programme forecasting, budget planning and contractor performance.
• Improve asset data quality, governance and reporting systems.
• Lead and support a Business Analyst for reporting outputs.
