Local Space is seeking a Strategic Asset Manager to lead asset intelligence, stock condition data and long-term investment planning within its housing portfolio. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape investment programmes that support business planning, regulatory compliance and long‑term financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Strategic Asset Management and data-driven investment planning.
• Knowledge of stock condition data validation and AMS.
• Experience developing long‑term investment programmes and reports for senior stakeholders.
