Job summary

Trident Group is seeking an Asset Investment Manager in Birmingham. The role oversees investment delivery, asset data management, and forecasting to support budgeting and regulatory reporting.

You will coordinate stock condition surveys, manage data quality, and develop investment programmes aligned with organisational priorities, working with the Property Services team and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Asset Management, Building Surveying, Property, Construction, Data Analysis or related discipline.
• Professional membership with CIOB, RICS or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
• Evidence of continued professional development relevant to asset management, data management or property services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain accurate stock condition, component and asset performance data across the housing portfolio.
• Manage stock condition survey programmes undertaken by external consultants, ensuring data quality and coverage levels.
• Develop and maintain planned investment programmes based on asset intelligence and lifecycle information.
• Maintain oversight of EPC data and support energy efficiency and sustainability-related asset information for investment.
• Develop asset investment forecasting information to support business planning and budget setting.
• Produce asset performance analysis, KPI reporting and investment-related management information.
• Work with the Business Analyst to develop reporting frameworks, dashboards and asset intelligence outputs.
