Trident Group is seeking an Asset Investment Manager to oversee asset data, forecasting and planned investment aligned with budgets and priorities. You will coordinate stock condition surveys, maintain data quality, and produce KPI reporting to guide decision‑making across Property Services.
The role involves working with external consultants, monitoring contractor performance, and developing dashboards to inform investment planning and regulatory reporting.
The role is responsible for overseeing planned investment delivery and maintaining accurate asset information, supporting long-term investment forecasting, coordinating stock condition survey programmes and assisting with the development of planned investment programmes aligned to organisational priorities and available budgets.
The Asset Investment Manager will oversee the management of asset-related data and performance information to support operational decision‑making, investment planning and regulatory reporting. The role will also monitor planned investment activity and contractor performance, working closely with the wider Property Services team and external consultants.
