Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Asset Management Lead to support multi-site operations across the UK. You will drive long-term maintenance strategies, manage asset data, and deploy CAFM processes in line with ISO 55001.

You will collaborate with account teams, facilities managers and IT to improve asset performance, lifecycle planning and capital investment forecasting, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective asset management.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant hard services discipline with asset management experience.
• IAM certificates in Asset Management; professional IAM membership is valued.
• Strong knowledge of CAFM/CMMS and asset information management.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, data analysis techniques and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Optimise asset and maintenance management to ISO 55001 aligned standards.
• Support mobilisation, onboarding and maintenance strategy development.
• Develop asset data governance, reporting formats and benchmarking tools.
• Collaborate with engineering ops, IT and procurement across sites.
• Lead data quality improvements and lifecycle cost forecasting.
• Provide knowledge, training and tools for risk-based asset management.
