• Experience in business development/relationship management within asset finance or credit.
• Ability to structure complex asset finance deals and manage end-to-end lifecycle.
• Proven track record with broker relationships and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key broker partnerships; drive new business from lead to close.
• Oversee lifecycle of transactions, including pricing, documentation, and structuring of complex submissions.
• Coordinate with credit and legal teams to finalise deals up to £10m; visit customers as needed.
