Job summary

SP Energy Networks is seeking an Asset Data Co-Ordinator for a role based in Cambuslang, near Glasgow. The position offers a salary from £45,400 per annum with flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

Experience dealing with people at varying levels across the business.
Knowledge of SPT transmission network to understand engineering papers and documentation.
Proven ability to manage many projects simultaneously.
Strong MS Excel skills and report writing.
Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management.
Problem solving and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

Forecast, collect, collate and report asset data for SPT Projects.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify assets during conceptual and basic design phases.
Maintain asset register in corporate systems and ensure records are available for regulatory reporting.
Detail component-level information for Lead and Non-lead assets during construction, installation and commissioning.
