Job summary

SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting an Asset Data Co-Ordinator in Glasgow/Cambuslang. The role supports SPT Asset Data forecasting, collection, collation and reporting across project phases, ensuring accurate records for regulatory reporting.

Hybrid working and a competitive salary are offered. You will engage with stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and maintain asset registers in corporate systems, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience of dealing with people at varying levels across the business.
• Ability to analyse and present information in a logical and orderly manner.
• Strong admin skills inc. MS Excel spreadsheets and report writing.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management.
• Developed people skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, collect, collate and report asset data for SPT Projects.
• Maintain asset registers across construction, installation and commissioning phases.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to verify asset records in corporate systems.
