Job summary

SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking an Asset Data Co-Ordinator in Cambuslang, Glasgow. You will forecast, collect, collate and report asset data for SPT Projects, maintaining asset registers and ensuring accuracy for regulatory reporting.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, ability to handle many projects, proficiency in MS Excel and document management, and a full UK driving licence. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Reading engineering documentation is required.
• Ability to manage changing workload and timescales.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft, SAP and database packages).
• Full valid UK Driving licence.
• Experience of dealing with people across levels.
• Knowledge of SPT transmission network.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, collect, collate and report asset data for projects.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to determine assets during design phases.
• Maintain asset register in corporate systems for regulatory reporting.
• Provide detailed component level information of assets at construction and commissioning phases.
• Verify and ensure accuracy of the asset register evidence.
