Bernicia Group is seeking an Asset Data Analyst to support the Asset Management Strategy with day-to-day maintenance and reporting of asset data for housing portfolio decisions. The role requires excellent IT skills, strong data interpretation and the ability to manage a varied workload.

You will work from a flexible Durham/Ashington location with home-working options, and a driving license is required. The closing date is 2 October 2026; interviews commence 19 October 2026.ynyň
