Job summary

Watmos Community Homes is seeking an Asset Data Analyst to join our Asset Management team. You will collect, validate and analyze asset data to inform strategic decisions across our housing portfolio and support our net-zero ambitions.

You will manage asset databases, produce KPIs and reports, and oversee surveys to ensure compliance and safety. A strong analytical mind, experience with asset data systems and knowledge of social housing are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset management or property data systems.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Understanding of social housing, building safety and property compliance requirements.
• Experience with stock condition data and investment planning in housing, property or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze and maintain a wide range of asset data.
• Manage asset databases and produce performance reports and KPIs.
• Oversee property survey programmes and data governance.
• Support the drive toward EPC C across all homes by 2030 as part of net-zero strategy.
• Help inform strategic decisions with insight-led analysis.
• Support diversity and inclusion in the organisation.
