Job summary

Legal & General Group's Affordable Homes division seeks an Asset Management Officer to maintain asset and lifecycle data across the property lifecycle. You will coordinate stock condition surveys, validate information from partners and produce insightful reporting to support repairs, compliance and investment decisions.

Ideal candidates have housing data experience, strong Excel/MS 365 skills, and a track record of delivering clean data for dashboards and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in social or affordable housing data and reporting.
• Ability to validate and analyse large, complex datasets.
• Experience producing clear performance reports and dashboards.
• Strong Excel and MS 365 skills with data governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, auditable asset, component and lifecycle data per standards.
• Validate asset information from developers, contractors and partners; resolve gaps and inconsistencies.
• Coordinate end-to-end stock condition surveys and QA of outputs.
• Manage component lifecycle assumptions, replacement forecasts and investment data.
• Produce asset management reports and dashboards; identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, reporting capabilities and controls.
• Support repairs, compliance and service delivery through data insights.
• Contribute to governance, assurance and continuous improvement activities.
