Job summary

Clyde Valley Group is expanding its Asset and Compliance team and seeking a proactive Asset and Customer Officer who will act as the crucial link between customers, colleagues and contractors. You will help deliver investment, compliance, maintenance and improvement work across homes, ensuring responsive, high-quality service and clear communication throughout every customer journey.

The role focuses on building strong relationships, coordinating communications, and supporting continuous service

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, customer services, repairs or related property services environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage varied workload.
• Collaborative approach with customers, contractors and colleagues to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Support delivery of planned works, investment programmes, compliance activity and property improvements.
• Coordinate customer communications, appointments, access arrangements and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records and updates to support delivery and performance monitoring.
• Undertake inspections, visits and engagement to improve service delivery.
• Work with contractors and colleagues to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes.
• Use feedback and inspections to identify improvements and prevent repeat problems.
• Support proactive, customer-centred access, communication and engagement around works.
