Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration is desirable.
• Experience focusing on candidate experience or similar people-focused environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate first and final-stage interviews, managing schedules, logistics and timings.
• Send interview invitations, confirmations and joining instructions to candidates and interviewers.
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates, providing a friendly, professional service.
• Prepare candidate guides, interview packs and briefing materials for assessors.
• Coordinate interview panels, assessors and guest speakers to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage interview changes and rescheduling, and proactively find solutions.
• Collate interview feedback and share outcomes with recruitment teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
• Support job offers and issuing contracts as required.
• Engage with an online digital chat platform to connect candidates with the business.
