Job summary

Serco in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site Coordinator in Aylesbury to act as the first point of contact for customers attending the Assessment Centre, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and waiting times remain under 30 minutes.

You will prepare sessions for telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, manage diaries, support claimants and staff, and help with equipment, supplies and general administration. A BPSS clearance is required.

• BPSS security clearance requirement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the front face of Serco at the Assessment Centre, delivering high levels of customer service.
• Prepare daily sessions for telephone, video and face-to-face assessments at least one week in advance.
• Manage the daily appointment sessions and maintain capacity to keep waiting times under 30 minutes.
• Coordinate with back-office scheduling to ensure full diaries with no empty slots.
• Provide support to customers and Functional Assessors and handle general admin tasks.
• Open and close the site safely and act as first aider when trained; manage health and safety tasks.
