GRW Talent’s client in Hamilton is expanding a high-volume electronic probe test card production and assembly business. The Assembly & Test Technician will support the efficient assembly, testing, and maintenance of probe cards and PCAs, reporting to the Production Lead, and will work with high-precision electro-mechanical systems.

They now need to make the key hire of an Assembly & Test Technician.
They have an opportunity for a skilled Engineering Technician to join the team. Reporting to the Production Lead, you will support the efficient assembly, testing, and maintenance of probe cards and printed circuit assemblies.
You will play a key role in operating high-precision electro-mechanical systems, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process. This role also involves diagnosing and repairing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to component level, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining accurate production documentation.
