Interaction Recruitment are supporting our client in Wellingborough with their hiring of an Assembly Operative. You will assemble hoses and components to specification, perform quality checks, and ensure products meet high standards before dispatch.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• High level of attention to detail and quality checks.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings.
• Good organisational skills and proactive approach.
• Experience with stock taking and inventory management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hoses and components to specification.
• Read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions.
• Carry out quality control checks throughout assembly.
• Identify and rectify errors before delivery.
• Assist with stock control and regular stock takes.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets.
