Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is supporting a client in Wellingborough to recruit a Production Operative for a full-time role in a specialist hose assembly environment. You will assemble hoses to specification, inspect quality, and ensure products meet high standards before dispatch.

The position offers a Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 schedule with a friendly team and opportunities to develop skills within a growing manufacturing company in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Experience carrying out quality checks and inspections.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings.
• Good organisational skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Experience with stock taking/des inventory management is desirable.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Interaction Recruitment are supporting our client in Wellingborough with their hiring of an Assembly Operative. Our client is a leading manufacturer of specialist hose assemblies supplied to breweries, food producers, and industrial customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Assembly Operative to join their production team.

The Role

Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for assembling hose products to customer specifications, carrying out quality inspections, and ensuring all products meet the highest standards before being dispatched.
