Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or technical qualification in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Experience in precision mechanical or micro‑mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assembling precision CNC‑machined components into advanced surgical instruments
• Working closely with R&D and Engineering to build prototypes and support design iterations
• Fine‑tuning mechanical designs through hands‑on assembly feedback
• Performing ultra‑precise alignment of small, intricate parts
• Applying epoxies/adhesives and carrying out fine soldering as required
• Following detailed SOPs, technical drawings and work instructions
• Taking full ownership for the quality and accuracy of your work
• Conducting in‑process inspections and maintaining build documentation

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Precision Assembly Technician to join Nami Surgical’s highly skilled team.

This is a hands‑on role working at micron-level tolerances, assembling intricate CNC‑machined components and helping shape the next generation of surgical instruments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assembling precision CNC‑machined components into advanced surgical instruments
• Working closely with R&D and Engineering to build prototypes and support design iterations
