Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is hiring for a fixed-term production role at our Broughty Ferry site in Scotland. The position runs for an initial 1 month with a pay rate of £13.38 per hour.

Training will be provided and successful candidates will work across manufacturing areas as required by the business needs. The role suits self-motivated individuals with good communication skills and teamwork, who can adapt to different teams and shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience is beneficial.
• Must be able to work a flexible shift pattern (Mon–Fri including day and back shift).
• Good verbal and interpersonal skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Safety: follow Safe To Start processes and maintain safe working practices.
• Quality: ensure attention to detail and meet process standards.
• Delivery: maintain steady pace to hit hourly targets.
• Inventory: keep workspace and equipment organized and comply with 5S.
• Productivity: maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Support: assist Team Leaders, Trainers and Operatives as needed.

Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment (for example, having experience in assembly, paintshop, stores or similar environments would be beneficial), although fully paid training will be provided to successful candidates.
