Job summary

DFDS in Belfast is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operative to join our busy team. You will help move, store, pick and dispatch goods safely and accurately, supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

You will work a rotating pattern and operate Counterbalance and Aislemaster forklifts. Training may be provided for the right candidate, with opportunities to develop your skills within our growing logistics operation.

Qualifications

• You’ll have previous warehouse experience and hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Experience operating an Aislemaster truck would be beneficial, although training may be provided for the right candidate.

• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse.
• Completing inventory and stock-related tasks accurately.

• Supporting the wider warehouse team to achieve operational targets.

About The Role

Working a rotating shift pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off, followed by 3 days on, 4 days off, you'll support the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are moved, stored, picked, and dispatched safely and efficiently.

You Will Be Responsible For

About You

You’ll have previous warehouse experience and hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence. Experience operating an Aislemaster truck would be beneficial, although training may be provided for the right candidate.
