Job summary

T&K Associates are recruiting an Assembly Operative to join our client in Loughborough on a permanent basis. As an Assembly Operative you will be involved in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality products, working accurately to ensure outputs meet the company’s quality procedures.

Working hours are 37 per week (Mon–Thu 7:30am–3:30pm and Fri 7:00am–12:00pm). Benefits include 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a company pension scheme, free parking, and company uniform.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of electronics assembly is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and quality adherence are essential.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Completing wire preparations, connections and crimping.
• PCB Assembly and component placements.
• Product programming, testing and calibration.
• Producing products to a high standard and maintaining quality.
• Working to daily and weekly production targets.
• Remaining compliant with processes and standards.
• Follow work instructions, drawings and process documentation.
• Report any quality issues to supervisors.

Assembly Operative Job Details & Benefits;

Assembly Operative Role and Responsibilities include;

Assembly Operative Person Specification;

• Understanding of electronics and mechanical assembly is highly advantageous
• Experience in soldering and small component work is desirable but not essential
