Job summary

Crem Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Assembly Operative for a busy manufacturing environment. This hands-on role involves hand assembling MDF-type products and working with the team to meet production targets.

You should be practical, reliable and proactive, able to follow instructions and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing or workshop experience would be beneficial.
• Good practical skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to take a proactive approach and hit the ground running.

The Role
