Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential. Experience in fabrication, assembly, sewing, welding or packing would be advantageous. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy. Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Computer literate and confident using workplace systems. Flexible approach to work and willing to learn new skills. Strong awareness of Health & Safety requirements. Forklift Truck experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
