Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting for Production Operatives in Hellaby, Rotherham. The role involves assisting in the assembly of diesel fuel tanks for tractors, with a two-shift rotation (days 6am-2pm, afternoons 2pm-10pm) and full-time guaranteed hours.

This temp-to-perm position offers weekly pay and a supportive team environment. Experience in production or assembly is preferred, and candidates should be physically fit, detail-focused, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Moulding and assembling plastic parts following manufacturing and quality procedures
• Reporting quality issues or concerns to the moulding team
• Adhering to health and safety procedures
• Following environmental procedures
• Maintaining housekeeping standards for a safe and clean working environment
• Completing other duties as assigned
• Taking responsibility for personal safety and co-operating with colleagues on safety matters
• Immediately reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe behaviour to your team leader

We are currently recruiting hardworking Production Operatives in Hellaby, Rotherham. This Production Operative role will be to assist in the assembly of diesel fuel tanks for tractors.

Details and Benefits:

• £13.50 per hour
• Shifts: 2 shift rotation Days 6am-2pm, Afters 2pm-10pm
• Temp to perm contracts available
• Full-time guaranteed hours

Role Responsibilities:

• Moulding and assembling plastic parts following manufacturing and quality procedures
