The role involves assembling and testing pumps and motors in a modern manufacturing setting, with full training provided to develop technical skills and enable progression.

Successful candidates will have 2–3 years in manufacturing or assembly, a keen eye for detail, and the commitment to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years consistent experience within a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work the rotating shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components to precise engineering specifications.
• Carry out various production processes including washing, lapping, assembly, testing, and painting.
• Work from detailed instructions to deliver products to the highest quality standards.
• Ensure all health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures are followed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Shifts: Rotating 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday
