Job summary

Wright Staff is seeking an Assembly Operative for a Pershore-based manufacturing role. You'll contribute to high-quality assembly, reading basic drawings, and supporting a busy production team.

This full-time position offers a 40-hour week, on-site parking, pension, cycle-to-work, and opportunities for career progression within a defence-sector supplier.

Hours full time 07:45am-17:00pm Mon-Thurs, 07:45am-13:00pm Friday

Salary £12.72-£13.48 per hour

Duties

You will be working within the assembly team in areas such as masking and sealing to finish products to company quality standards.

Required skills

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a high quality fast paced manufacturing environment and will need to be able to work from detailed engineering drawings
• Will be working with handheld tools & machinery as part of a team to deliver product ion requirements to quality standards to meet deadlines .
• You will need good verbal and written communication skills & A positive, proactive approach to teamwork
