Hours: 37 hrs per week with potential additional hours as required.

Job Description: Baltic Recruitment seeks skilled Machine/Assembly Operatives with experience in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors. Candidates should be able to follow written and verbal instructions, adhere to health and safety standards, and work 8‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble safety‑critical products ensuring 100% accuracy
• Assemble medium to heavy components, requiring dexterity
• Operate and understand measurement equipment
• Use hand, power, and air tools appropriately
• Participate in teamwork principles
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Operate at speeds necessary to meet production demand
• Perform bending, reaching, and standing for 8 hours
• Demonstrate hand and eye coordination
• Read drawings
• Work overtime when required
• Operate drill presses, punch presses, or riveting machines to assist in assembly
• Fasten parts using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners

Work Schedule

• 3 shift pattern, 8‑hour shifts, Monday‑Friday
• Days: 6am‑2pm
• Backs: 2pm‑10pm
• Nights: 10pm‑6am
