Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting for an Assembly Operator in Cowes on a full-time, on-site basis. You will join a well-established manufacturing team focused on producing high-quality products.

We value good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clear instructions. Full training will be provided, with ongoing support and opportunities for development in a friendly, supportive environment. The role offers £12.71 per hour with on-site parking and regular pay schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small components.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently when required.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Basic IT skills would be an advantage.
