Job summary

Contract Personnel Limited is recruiting Assembly Operatives / Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company in Thetford. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking to build a career within a busy manufacturing environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour. Join a team that values quality, efficiency and safety in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

  • Previous assembly/production experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate production machinery safely.
  • Good attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and manufacture products using hand and power tools.
  • Inspect finished products and carry out quality checks.
  • Fill, sand, and prepare products to a high standard.
  • Operate production machinery and lifting equipment safely.
  • Load, unload, and pack products.
  • Read production paperwork and follow work instructions.
  • Report machinery faults and production issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.
